My Use of Today's Technology

My new exclusive proprietary revolutionary innovative steam engine assembly invention, design works & functions in the exact same way as an electrically operated electric kettle does, in that, when you fill an electrically operated electric kettle with water & then turn the electric power switch on at the wall power point socket & the kettle, the kettle will boil the added water with the resultant visible steam emanating or pouring out the top of the kettle. Instead of using the rated electricity voltage available at the electricity mains power wall power point socket (which ranges from 100 volts – 240 volts AC (alternating current) electricity throughout the World), I instead use only 48 DC (direct current) volt electricity emanating from a highly specialised 48 DC volt high amperage output electrical charging alternator to provide electricity directly to the kettle component, all electrical components & circuits of my new steam engine assembly invention & design, thereby not utilising a regular commonly installed electrical battery & thus batteryless.

This kettle component is the physically installed very small steam boiler within the new steam powered vehicle models, which is filled or injected at the envisaged Sydney Australia new steam-powered vehicle development & production plant facility with only 375 mL (millilitres) of ultra-pure reverse osmosis quality water.

This picture shows you a typical steam turbine assembly design used in electricity power producing stations located throughout the world. Notice the entry of superheated steam into the steam turbine begins as a smaller diameter blade set & the steam then expands to a larger diameter blade set. This is a normal steam turbine functionality. The designs of the five installed steam turbine assemblies for each one of all of my steam-powered vehicle inventions & designs have a different appearance to this picture, but similar in their basic functionalities.

This added water lasts forever due to its recycled steam sealed system, closed loop nature & not emitting any steam into the atmosphere during its function. The expected serviceable life of all of my steam powered vehicle models & electricity power producing device apparatus inventions & designs is approximately 30 years in total. This equates to no additional ultrapure water ever required to be added to all steam powered vehicle models & electricity power producing device apparatuses for this 30 year serviceable life & beyond this timeline.

The driving ‘range’ of all of my steam powered vehicle model inventions & designs is hence unlimited miles or kilometres.

The ultra-pure water within the installed steam boiler within the new steam powered vehicle models boils to super-heated hot dry colourless invisible steam extremely lightning-fast & only takes a maximum of three minutes to reach this super-heated steam condition, within or at the maximum coldest location found anywhere on earth.

The sole reason why the one installed high amperage output electrical charging alternator is able to sufficiently provide directly all the required electrical current (electricity) to all components & electrical circuits is that all of the installed electrically operated components utilise less electrical current than what the alternator produces. This feature & benefit alone is the only reason why my steam powered vehicle models invention & design function as originally anticipated.

This ingenious invention & design of mine is the reason why all completed steam powered vehicle models do not require to be ‘plugged in’ to an external electricity power source to recharge & are as such ‘self-charging.’

The two front & two rear road wheels have the same diameter of 16 inches, which will allow for high-profile airless pressure inflation, nitrogen gas-free inflation, non-wearing tread pattern tyres, which will increase the overall prevailing road surface adaptability & suspension cushioning comfort effect.

The inner larger size road wheel steam turbine assemblies for each one of the four road wheels act as a low gear reduction instantaneous power, torque direct all-wheel or four-wheel drive driven mechanism directed through the driveshaft to the road wheel. In other words, a smaller steam turbine assembly driving or rotating a larger road wheel diameter with an approximate ratio of 2.54:1 without the use of a gearbox or transmission (whether manual, semi, or fully automatic), differential, or final drive & no centre tailshaft driven mechanism.

The frontal smaller size steam turbine assembly located in the conventional frontal engine bay of a fossil-fuelled vehicle acts as a high gear increased driven mechanism directed through the timing belt mechanism to the one installed very high amperage output 48 DC volt electrical charging alternator which is used in today’s conventionally fuelled vehicles to recharge a depleted or discharged electrical battery condition.

In other words, the smaller steam turbine assembly that rotates & drives the one installed electrical charging alternator located in the frontal engine bay area of a conventionally fuelled vehicle, this larger steam turbine assembly drive pulley driving or rotating a smaller diameter alternator drive pulley with an approximate ratio of .5:1.

In the use case of all steam powered vehicle models, the one installed electrical charging alternator produces & provides electricity to all vehicle components & circuits directly & not as is the case in all types of today’s vehicles, namely utilising an installed electrical battery to provide the required electricity to all components & circuits.

Currently, all future steam powered vehicle models are the only vehicles in the world that do not contain a regular commonly installed electrical battery.

Simply replace this mentioned vehicle battery with a supercapacitor which is used instead on all steam powered vehicle models as an electrical battery alternative substitute.

‘Trade secrets’

A trade secret is different from a trademark. We do not ‘register’ trade secrets.

A trade secret is proprietary knowledge and it is up to you to protect that knowledge. One way you might keep this knowledge out of competitors’ hands is by ensuring employees or distributors sign confidentiality agreements.

Examples of trade secrets include:

  • the age-old recipe for Coca-Cola.
  • the combination of herbs and spices used in Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The Coca-Cola Company has used trade secrets to keep its formula from becoming public over a period of decades. It never applied for patent protection, so it was never required to disclose the formula.

Common law provides protection for infringement of trade secrets, breach of confidentiality agreements and passing off trademarks. Proving a breach of confidentiality under common law can be complex and is potentially more costly than defending registered rights.

Limitations of trade secrets

Secrecy does not stop anyone else from inventing the same product or process independently and exploiting it commercially. It does not give you exclusive rights and you are vulnerable when employees with this knowledge leave your firm.

Trade secrets are difficult to maintain over a long time or when many people know the secret. When contractors and employees leave, you should ask them to provide written undertakings that they will not compete with your business after they leave, in addition to signing a confidentiality agreement. It is often much easier to prove competition than a breach of confidentiality.

These undertakings are difficult to enforce and need to be prepared by your legal adviser. You need to be careful that the undertaking does not restrict the contractor’s or employee’s right to earn a living.

Steam boiler steam pressure relief valve functionality explained

Only two relevant causes will make the one installed boiler steam pressure relief valve operate. The first is if excessive electrical current emanating from the one installed electrical charging alternator (which replaces the commonly installed electrical battery as found in today’s conventionally fuelled internal combustion engine, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, hydrogen, hydrogen fuel cell & pure all-electric vehicles) is sent to the water immersion heating element inside the one installed steam boiler, thereby creating an excessive boiling condition of the ultra-pure water inside the boiler, which then consequently automatically increases the steam boiler pressure to meet the predetermined factory set steam pressure relief valve manufacturers ‘blow-off’ pressure parameter. In this condition the steam pressure relief valve will function, thereby releasing & venting the excessive steam pressure from inside the steam boiler to the atmosphere.

The excessively high electrical current provided to the steam boiler’s internal water heating element is only ever caused by a defective water heating element design functionality, thereby allowing a low electrical resistance, to create an excessively high electrical current condition, which inadvertently creates excessively high internal steam pressure within the boiler, due to excessive boiling of the pure water inside the boiler.

The second is if the steam pressure relief valve is defective, thereby prematurely allowing steam pressure to be released via the steam pressure relief valve.

If the excessive electrical current from the electrical charging alternator to the boiler water heating element is not reduced to normal parameters, the steam pressure relief valve will function, until the excessive electrical current is reduced.

Whilst the steam boiler’s internal water heating element is constantly receiving electrical current from the electrical charging alternator, the water inside the boiler will continue to profusely boil. If the boiler’s internal water heating element is constantly receiving electrical current from the one installed electrical charging alternator & the one installed steam pressure relief valve does function as explained above, hot dry superheated colourless invisible steam will emit from the steam pressure relief valve.

If the boiler’s internal water heating element is not constantly receiving electrical current from the one installed electrical charging alternator & the one installed steam pressure relief valve does function due to a defective steam pressure relief valve, hot wet (saturated) visible steam will emit from the steam pressure relief valve. This condition will exist when the steam powered vehicle ignition button is depressed to turn it off, which then stops all electrical current from being received by the boiler water heating element, thereby stopping the constant boiler water boiling condition.

In extremely cold climates, the one installed steam boiler, interconnected specialised steam hoses & five steam turbine assemblies (that is one for each road wheel, providing all-wheel drive & one more located in the frontal engine bay of a conventionally fuelled vehicle, to drive & rotate the one installed electrical charging alternator), will freeze solid. Due to all steam powered vehicles not containing a commonly regularly installed electrical battery or batteryless, sufficient predetermined electrical current is sent from the small supercapacitor to the electrically operated throttle valve on the frontal steam turbine assembly housing the electrical charging alternator. This frontal steam turbine assembly rotating & driving the electrical charging alternator contains an electrically operated throttle valve that is opened to a predetermined amount to rapidly spin it, thereby creating electricity which is then directly sent to the steam boiler’s internal water heating element, melting the frozen ultra-pure water inside the boiler. This melting ensures that sufficient steam pressure is sent to the five installed steam turbine assemblies, thereby allowing normal functionality of the vehicle.

Inbuilt into the vehicle’s electrical system, as standard equipment on all models, is an electrical system management system designed to monitor all electrical processes with the function of the vehicle. The electrical system management system will by default stop excessive electrical current being sent from the alternator to the boiler water heating element, thereby not allowing excessive steam pressure to be manufactured within the boiler, thereby negating the steam pressure relief valve from functioning due to excessive electrical current received by the boiler water heating element. If the inbuilt electrical system management system fails to prevent excessive electrical current from being received by the boiler water heating element, the steam pressure relief valve will function as explained above.

Standard equipment on all steam powered vehicle models is a dual function 48-litre onboard water storage tank filled with reverse osmosis quality pure water at the envisaged Sydney Australia new steam powered vehicle development & production plant facility complex. This tank serves only one safety purpose which is to allow the pure water to be automatically pumped from the tank to the boiler, if the steam pressure relief valve functions, thereby rapidly replenishing the diminished water level within the boiler, due to the direct result of the steam pressure relief valve functioning. If the steam pressure relief valve does not ever function (which we believe will always be the case) during the complete serviceable life of all steam powered vehicle models, no water is ever pumped from the water storage tank to the boiler & as such no water from the storage tank is ever utilised for the normal functionality of the vehicle. This means the owner or driver of the vehicle is not ever required to top up or fill the water storage tank for the entire approximate 30 years serviceable life of the vehicle.

The other function of its dual role is a specialised proprietary water purification mechanism additionally purifying the reverse osmosis quality water inside the steam boiler, through the storage tank integral filter, directed by specialised steam hoses, the now completely ultra-purified superheated steam to the five steam turbine assemblies. This ensures that the material the five steam turbine assemblies’ are manufactured from has durable serviceable life qualities.

Steam powered vehicle functionalities

At the envisaged Sydney Australia new steam powered vehicle development & production plant facility complex, all steam powered vehicle models upon the moving assembly lines receive an injection of reverse osmosis pure quality water into the one installed steam boiler by exclusive proprietary innovative robotics. At the end of each vehicle assembly line, robotics depress the vehicle stop/start button. This immediately sends electrical current to the water heating element inside the boiler, to rapidly heat & boil the water to a superheated temperature. All five of the steam turbine assemblies are filled with this superheated steam. From this point on in normal climate conditions of the life cycle of these vehicles, due to the sealed to the atmosphere steam circuitry, the vehicles can always be driven in a forward or reverse direction without having to wait for the default factory implemented three minute water heat up time. The exception to this rule is when operating the vehicle in extremely cold climate conditions when the above defrost rule conditions apply.

To effectively maintain the normal satisfactory function of the vehicle, the water inside the boiler must be kept constantly boiling, to ensure the temperature & pressure differentials within the five steam turbine assemblies are maintained. When the vehicle start/stop button is depressed, intending to turn off, park, or leave the vehicle overnight, the temperature & pressure within the boiler decrease slightly, until eventually the boiler is completely cooled & safe to touch by human hands. Upon restarting the vehicle in the morning, by depressing the start/stop button, the boiler is once again rapidly heated up, allowing for normal driving functions. If for any reason during this morning’s restart example, the driver must urgently depart from the parked location, a three minute wait time to heat the boiler is not required, due to the already fully pressurised steam circuitry, allowing for immediate normal driving functionality.
